Digital TV on cellphones launched in Japan.

Saturday Japan let off by watching digital television broadcasts on mobile phones. It's a highly anticipated service that could lead to a new style of TV programmes.
Japan is a frontrunner in the new technology, popularly known as ‘One Seg,’ after ‘One Segment.’ South Korea has been offering this service since the end of last year. Users will be able to watch up to nearly three hours of uninterrupted television with a normal cellphone battery. The main roles are played by NTT DoCoMo, Nippon Television, and Fuji Television.
